Crockpot Meals

Crockpot meals can be cooked from frozen or from defrosted.
Place contents of the bag in the Crockpot and cook on high 4-6hrs or as otherwise directed.
To defrost: Place frozen bag & contents in a large bowl in the refrigerator overnight and cook within 24 hrs of defrosting.

Skillet Meals

Place the bag of frozen contents in a large bowl in the refrigerator and defrost until it is malleable (overnight is suggested). Use a natural nonstick agent like olive or coconut oil (liquid or spray) and heat the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
​Add the contents of the bag to the skillet and saute.

Grill Meals​

Place the bag of frozen contents in a large bowl in the refrigerator and defrost until it is malleable (overnight is suggested).
Grill to 165 degrees or as otherwise directed

Burgers (all varieties - except pizza burgers)
Fiesta Lime Chicken
Honey Garlic Chicken
Kabobs (all varieties)

Oven Meals

ALL meals should be cooked to 165 degrees F.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake anywhere from 15-45 minutes depending on the dish. Cook times are indicated next to each item but are just a guide. There is no guarantee the food will be over or under cooked. Please keep a close eye to make sure cooking time is accurate.

Chicken Renee (30-45mins)
Stuffed Peppers (all varieties). (20-30mins)
Broccoli Stuffed Chicken (30-45 mins)
Pizza Burgers (25-40 mins)
Chicken Pizzas (all varieties) (15-25 mins)
Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken (30-45 mins)
​Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders (20-35 mins)
​Fiesta Lime Chicken (or grill) (20-45 mins)
Honey Garlic Chicken (or grill) (20-45 mins)
Burgers (all varieties - can also be cooked on a grill) (25-40 mins)

Singles

To heat singles, either heat in provided container (may not be BPA free) or remove and place in a microwave safe container. Heat in 30 second intervals. Make sure to cover with a lid to keep moisture in. Heat until desired temperature is reached (165 degrees F).
